A doctoral evidence workspace where every answer is tied back to the passage it came from.
The problem
A doctorate accumulates sources, notes, decisions and feedback over years, and they contradict each other. General purpose AI tools summarise all of it confidently and invent the parts they cannot find, which is worse than useless when the output has to be defensible.
What we built
- Sources, notes, decisions and feedback held in one workspace.
- Questions answered against the whole collection, tied to the specific passage.
- Contradictions surfaced rather than smoothed over.
- Built so it does not invent evidence or quietly rewrite the argument.
- Documents stay in project controlled storage and are not shared.
