We build software, and we run a consultancy.

We build digital products for clients, covering websites, web applications, portals, sign in and payments, and we build and run our own. We also work as a building consultancy: surveys, damp and defect diagnosis, snagging and defects liability, project management, client representation and stakeholder engagement.

The products came out of the consultancy. Our defect management platform exists because we were running defects liability for developers on a spreadsheet and could see exactly what the software needed to do.

Surveying teaches you to record what you found, explain how you reached your conclusion, and put your name to it. We build software the same way, which matters most for the things nobody sees until they go wrong: how accounts are protected, what happens to a failed payment, whether an audit trail actually exists.

We are independent of property sales, contractors and remedial trades, and we are not paid commission on anything we recommend.
