A property portal for the Costa del Sol with three ways to browse: a visual grid, a swipe view and a map.
The problem
Portal search is a form. You set filters, get a list, and read the same eight fields repeatedly. It is a poor match for how people actually decide on a home, which is fast, visual, and mostly by ruling things out.
What we built
- A visual grid for scanning, and a swipe mode for shortlisting quickly.
- An interactive map with price markers, for buyers who start from where rather than what.
- Filters for location, price, property type and bedrooms, with a saved list.
- Separate accounts for buyers, sellers and agents.
