The problem
Most damp advice online is published by firms selling the remedy, so it systematically over diagnoses the conditions that have a product attached. Someone with a damp patch has no way to tell a condensation problem from a leak before paying for an opinion.
What we built
- Live weather for the property's location, from Open-Meteo.
- Dew point and mould threshold surface temperature, calculated to BS EN ISO 13788.
- The required temperature factor, compared against the regulatory benchmark for dwellings.
- Free options listed above paid ones, every time.
- No account required, and nothing withheld from people who decline one.
